About the project

The Mezzanine House was shaped to fit a young, jovial couple who appreciates comfort, efficiency, and durability. The most important part of the house, the living area, is an ample, open, bright space. It naturally communicates with both the exterior, the terrace and the ample green yard, and with the floor, through the greater height and the connection with the mezzanine, which becomes a play or work area.

It was designed using the principles of an energy-efficient dwelling, in a compact manner, with favorable orientation, ample glazed surfaces towards the south, and will use renewable energy sources.
